Franchise FAQ

Straight answers to common questions.

What are the financial requirements?
Minimum liquidity of $150,000. Additional net worth and capitalization requirements may apply. Refer to the current Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) for full details.
How long does it take to open?
Timelines vary by market and buildout. With an approved site and smooth permitting, many franchisees target about 4–7 months from agreement to opening.
Do you help with site selection and design?
Yes. We provide site criteria, LOI guidance, plan-set review, and equipment/layout standards to meet brand requirements.
What training do I receive?
Pre-opening training (operations, product standards, guest service), on-site opening support, and ongoing coaching with seasonal menu updates and playbooks.
Can I be a semi-absentee owner?
We strongly recommend an owner-operator model—especially the first 12–18 months—to establish culture, quality, and performance.
Do I receive a protected territory?
Yes. Qualified franchisees are granted a defined, protected territory per the Development Agreement and FDD. Market size and exclusivity are based on demographics and trade areas.
What marketing support is included?
You’ll receive brand assets, launch toolkits, seasonal campaigns, and social templates. Ongoing contributions to the Brand Fund support national/digital initiatives; franchisees also invest in local store marketing.
How many employees do I need to operate?
Staffing varies by format and daypart, but a typical store operates with a manager + 6–12 team members (mix of full- and part-time) to cover peak evenings and weekends.
Do you provide vendor programs and supply chain?
Yes. We specify approved vendors and negotiated programs for key ingredients, packaging, and equipment to protect quality and consistency across the brand.
Are multi-unit or area development opportunities available?
Qualified candidates may be considered for multi-unit or area development agreements with milestone timelines, subject to experience and capital.
Is financing available?
The brand does not directly finance. Many candidates work with third-party lenders familiar with franchise concepts. The FDD includes estimated costs to support lender discussions.
