- Providence Road has two private Igloos, each accommodating up to eight guests.
- Igloo reservations are offered year-round, subject to the live booking calendar.
- Please arrive 15 minutes early.
- Reservations may be transferred to another guest; the original purchaser remains responsible for sharing the terms.
- Decorations are allowed, but confetti is not permitted.
- Outside food and beverages, including birthday cakes, are not permitted.
- Late arrival does not extend the reservation time.
- Reservations are final and nonrefundable unless The Sweet Spot cancels under the policy stated in the full terms.
